Technical Draughtsman

Function

As an EPLAN Draughtsman/Designer, you play a crucial role in the design and elaboration of electrical installations within challenging infrastructure projects. You will form the bridge between concept and implementation and actively contribute to optimal technical solutions.

Your responsibilities:

Design & engineering

• Preparation of electrical diagrams and technical drawings for various installations
• Preparation of electrical and mechanical designs
• Thinking along on functional, safe and compliant solutions

Project involvement

• Actively participate in the entire project lifecycle, from design to implementation
• Collaborate with project engineers to arrive at the best technical solutions
• Involvement in commissioning of installations on site

Autonomy & cooperation

• Planning and organising your work independently
• Close collaboration with colleagues, engineering and project management
• Actively contribute to team meetings and knowledge sharing

Innovation & optimisation

• Thinking along on efficient and project-oriented approaches
• Continuous search for improvements and optimisations within designs

Profile

You are an accurate and technically strong professional with a passion for electrical installations and design. You enjoy working independently, but also derive energy from working together within a team.

• Experience with EPLAN and electrical design
• Technical background in electricity or electromechanics
• Strong understanding of electrical schematics and installations
• Analytical and solution-oriented
• Independent, structured and responsible
• Team player with good communication skills
