Technical Draughtsman

Function

Your duties will include:

• Designing and drawing out tailor-made technical solutions
• Preparation of clear and complete 3D drawings, taking into account production, quality and budget
• Preparation and management of technical documentation (implementation files, article numbers, descriptions, etc.)
• Devise technical solutions in consultation with internal stakeholders
• Managing and updating a digital drawings and knowledge library
• Thinking along on optimisations, standardisation and new projects
• Support smaller projects, prototypes and technical files
• Taking sporadic on-site measurements and translating them into a technical file

You will work closely with colleagues from engineering, production and project follow-up.

Profile

• You like variety and enjoy working in a family environment

• You have strong spatial and analytical skills
• You have demonstrable experience with SpaceClaim (ANSYS)
• Knowledge of other 3D drawing programmes (such as Inventor) is a plus
• You have a technical degree or equivalent experience (min. 2 years)
• You can plan well and enjoy completing projects

Our client develops, manufactures, maintains and repairs ergonomic transport solutions for hospitals. They are known for their bed movers as well as their systems for goods transport within hospitals. All devices are custom-made, with strong focus on ergonomics, quality and relieving hospital staff.
