Technical Draftsman

Function

As a Technical Draughtsman, you will play a crucial role in supporting site supervisors on various projects within HVAC and plumbing. You will mainly draw in Autocad 3D, Stabicad and Revit and provide technical drawings for industrial and tertiary sectors such as warehouses and office buildings.

Your duties include:

• Preparing technical drawings in Autocad 3D, Stabicad and Revit.
• Make adjustments to existing designs in consultation with building principal and engineering firm.
• Liaise closely with site managers and internal staff.
• If interested, you can also be involved in surveying and work preparation.

Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need the following:

• Already a first working experience in a similar position in construction or HVAC.
• Minimum knowledge of Autocad (2D), preferably also 3D.
• Knowledge of Stabicad and Revit is a plus.
• Understanding of building structures and engineering drawings.
• Knowledge of HVAC and plumbing is a plus but not a requirement.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Team player who can work well with site managers.
