Teamleader Toolbox

Function

• As Teamleader, you are responsible for coordinating and monitoring technical maintenance activities on the shop floor. You will support the Deputy Programme Manager and ensure that planning is carried out correctly by your team.
• You mainly work actively on the shop floor (±95%) and combine this with a limited administrative part. You will divide tasks, monitor safety and quality, and ensure that work is carried out efficiently. You will also organise toolbox meetings, monitor working documents and report daily on progress and any points of concern.
• You guide your team, detecting problems and working with management to ensure an appropriate solution. You work closely with other team leaders and support services.

Profile

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in electricity, electronics or are equivalent through experience
• You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in an industrial environment
• You have strong organisational and communication skills
• You have a hands-on attitude and actively cooperate on the shop floor
• You have a good knowledge of MS Office
• You are fluent in Dutch, and can express yourself in French and English
