Teamleader Project Sourcing

Function

• You open new clients in the industrial sector based on a focus list and daily leads.
• You visit clients and prospects, introduce technicians and negotiate rates and conditions.
• You further develop existing clients through renewals, expansions and opportunities for the project division.
• You manage the pipeline and commercial figures, with gross margin as a guideline.
• You manage and coach colleagues in sales and recruitment.
• You lead the daily briefing and the weekly sales meeting.
• You monitor rates, margins and the follow-up of technicians at clients.
• You translate the sales plan into practice and make adjustments based on figures.

Profile

• You hold a bachelor's degree, preferably in a technical field.
• You have 3 to 5 years of commercial experience, preferably in technical project sourcing, secondment or services to the industry.
• You understand what technical profiles do and what is important for a maintenance manager.
• You have already coached people or are willing to take that step.
• You speak Dutch fluently; French is a strong asset.
