As Warehouse Team Leader – Permanent Night Shift You’ll be the backbone of our night-shift logistics team in Lokeren, Belgium. You’ll be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations within the warehouse, with a focus on quality, efficiency and teamwork. You’ll guide your team through coaching, motivation and support, ensuring everyone is on the same page so that the night-time logistics processes run like a well-oiled machine. Profile

Here’s what you’ll find at home:

• Strong people management skills, preferably in a logistics or operational environment (5–10 years’ experience).
• You speak fluently Dutch. Do you speak French? Bonus points!
• Outstanding organisational skills, with a good dose of flexibility and the ability to cope with stress.
• An excellent communicator who can interact effectively with team members, management and external partners.
• Leadership, assertiveness and a hands-on approach are right up your street.
• You are a go-getter who works independently and takes the initiative to drive continuous improvement.
• Experience with Microsoft Office is a must. Knowledge of SAP? That deserves a round of applause!

Organisation

This is a national player in the logistics sector, specialising in the coordination and distribution of time-sensitive deliveries. The organisation is responsible for the end-to-end management of a specific distribution flow, organising and monitoring daily deliveries via a network of external transport partners.

The activities include, amongst other things, operational planning, quality monitoring, data analysis and performance management. There is a strong focus on reliability, tight schedules (often involving night-time operations) and the continuous optimisation of logistics processes within a complex network of partners.

Offer

What we offer you:

• A full-time contract of indefinite duration, 37 hours per week, spread over 5 nights in a 6-day working week (Sunday to Friday night).
• Working hours between 8.30 pm and 10 am, with an average working time of 7 hours and 24 minutes per night. You will receive your rota at least 7 days in advance.
• A remuneration package in accordance with the PC 200 pay scale, class D, with full recognition of previous professional experience, 20% night shift allowance and additional benefits such as:
