Team leader assembly

Function

• As team leader, you are responsible for planning and organising the activities, co-determined by the production manager.
• You manage a team of about ten workers (fitters and welders). You do the necessary documentation on quality assurance.
• You ensure correct administration regarding materials and tools.
• You watch over order, cleanliness and safety on the shop floor.
• You will supervise the correct use of machines and materials and report defects and urgent maintenance to the maintenance department.
• You report to the production manager.

Profile

• Has an engineering background and experience with metal structures.
• Has a good basic knowledge of welding.
• Is willing to work 2 shifts.
• Has experience with plan reading.
• Speaks a word of English.
• Knows how to motivate and manage a team.
• Has a problem-solving mindset and possesses the necessary communication and administrative skills.
• Experience in manipulations of heavy pieces with overhead cranes is an added bonus.

Offer

Fixed contract, indefinite duration in 2 shifts.
