Supplier Accounts Clerk

Function

• You are responsible for the processing and tracking of supplier invoices of commercial goods;
• You provide a fast, correct and accurate processing in preparation for the payments to be made by the accounts department;
• Hereby check your invoices based on orders, deliveries and agreed prices;
• In the event of any discrepancies, please proactive action and keep in touch with suppliers and internal departments to find an accurate and timely solution;
• In addition, you will process and check order confirmations and take the necessary action in the event of any discrepancies;
• You follow returns and the related credit notes meticulously;
• You are the point of contact for enquiries regarding accounts payable;
• You actively think about process improvements and contributes to a effective collaboration between all the parties concerned;

Profile

Who are you?;

• Your communicates fluently and professionally with suppliers and colleagues;
• You take initiative and helps to find solutions;
• You work accurate and have attention to detail;
• Good knowledge of Excel;
• Basic knowledge of French;
• You have a accounting course followed or relevant experience in a finance role;
