Stability Engineer

Function

In this role, you carry out studies and take an active part in design discussions with the client, architect, contractor, suppliers and other design offices.

You supervise and direct draughtsmen, carry out reinforcement checks on site and produce clear reports of these.

In addition, you draw up calculation notes, bills of quantities and specifications, check drawings and execution documents, and prepare for and attend site meetings.

You also contribute ideas on the further development of the office.

This can range from developing calculation sheets and standard details to improving drawing and calculation methods, setting up tools for greater efficiency and fewer errors, and contributing to better file management and structured project administration.

You also take an active role in expert assessments and expert reports.

Profile

• You have at least 5 years of experience as a structural engineer.
• You work independently and can develop files with minimal guidance.
• You are analytically strong and have an eye for technical precision.
• You can switch smoothly between design work, consultation and site supervision.
• You communicate clearly with the various parties involved.
• You contribute ideas on optimisations, efficiency and quality improvements within the office.
