Function

• You will analyse customers' financial situation to advise them on suitable home loans;
• You guide customers step by step through the application process for their loan;
• You prepare clear and straightforward quotations so that customers know exactly where they stand;
• You will answer customers' questions related to their home loan and offer support with any problems;
• You closely follow developments in the mortgage market so that your knowledge is always up to date;
• You ensure that all administrative processes related to files are completed correctly and in a timely manner;
• You collaborate with other teams, such as risk management, to ensure optimal service delivery.
• You will contribute to the development of the product range and the improvement of processes within the organisation;

Profile

• You have at least a bachelor's degree and relevant experience as a home loan specialist;
• You have interest in the banking world, and taxation does not put you off;
• You are communicative and possesses strong commercial skills;
• You like challenges, likes to push your boundaries, and is results-oriented;
• You are social laid-back, and enjoys working in a team;
• You are creative and flexibleel set;
• You have a excellent knowledge of Dutch;
