Organising and planning

You keep a tight rein on our large-scale steel construction projects. Thanks to your efficient planning, everything runs smoothly and construction can continue.

Coordinating and controlling

As the work is spread over several site zones and takes place simultaneously, your overview and coordination are indispensable. Together with the main site manager and project manager, you also closely monitor the quality of the work delivered. You are the point of contact for our own workers, subcontractors, partners, clients and inspectors.

Collaborate

Teamwork and a good vibe are your hobbyhorses! You ensure excellent cooperation with fellow site leaders in the other zones so that everything runs smoothly.

Safety first

Safety is always at the top of your list. You make sure everyone has their helmet on and gets to work safely.

Profile

What are you taking with you?

• You have a bachelor's degree in a construction or engineering field, such as structural or (electro)mechanical engineering. Experience is nice, but not a must - we also believe in talent and drive!
• That passion for iconic steel structures? You can feel it in every fibre of your body.
• Go-getter? Check. Go-getter? Double-check. You know exactly where you want to go and don't let that stop you.
• Organising is simply in your DNA. Planning, directing and taking initiative? That's your second nature.
• You are also flexible, because surprises are always around the corner on site and you do not shy away from changing gear quickly.
• You communicate clearly and fluently, in both Dutch and English.
• But most importantly? You are a team player who gets energy from motivating people and working together to deliver the most beautiful projects.
