Function

• As a Site Manager, you coordinate the day-to-day execution on the site in Puurs-Sint-Amands, from preparation through to completion. You monitor the progress, quality and safe execution of the work.
• You translate the planning into clear agreements for employees, subcontractors and other involved parties. This way, everyone knows what needs to happen and when.
• You monitor materials, technical documents and working resources and intervene in a timely manner when execution is at risk of deviating from the planning or agreed arrangements.
• Regular consultation with project management, clients and executing partners ensures a smooth flow of information. You report clearly on the current status, bottlenecks and possible solutions.
• On site, you are the point of contact for practical questions and unexpected situations. You make well-founded decisions that support the continuity of the work.
• Quality checks, safety agreements and administrative follow-up form part of your responsibility. Thanks to your approach, work is carried out carefully and in accordance with the agreed standards.
• As a site coordinator, you have the space to bring structure, strengthen collaboration and contribute directly to the outcome of every project.

Profile

• You have approximately 3 to 5 years of experience as a Site Manager, site coordinator, team leader or in a comparable hands-on role.
• A technical education or equivalent practical experience helps you to readily understand plans, technical information and execution details.
• Planning and organising come naturally to you: you maintain an overview, set priorities and consistently follow up on actions when multiple activities run simultaneously.
• You communicate clearly and respectfully with various interlocutors. This is important for making agreements on site understandable and for raising issues quickly.
• You work accurately, take responsibility for your decisions and remain solution-oriented when the planning or circumstances change.
