Site manager maintenance works

Function

• You bear full responsibility for the follow-up, optimisation and realisation of the sites assigned to you.
• In doing so, you will be supported by our internal departments.
• You will also be responsible for day-to-day management on the sites, which means organising, coordinating and controlling.
• You will also liaise with all parties involved.
• Moreover, you will be given a lot of independence and autonomy in carrying out your assignment.
• Finally, you will report to the project leader.

Profile

• In possession of a Professional Bachelor of Construction degree or equivalent through experience.
• You also have a valid safety executive VCA certificate.
• Experience in a similar position is considered a plus.
• Furthermore, you are communicative and sociable.
• You are also results-oriented, independent, punctual and orderly.
• You are also proactive in nature and anticipate potential problems.
• Finally, you have a flexible attitude.
