Site Manager Electricity

Function

As an Electrical Site Manager, you will play a crucial role within our team. You will be responsible for supervising and coordinating electromechanical installations on various infrastructure projects and building complexes. You will work on challenging projects such as ANPR systems, public lighting, signal bridges, dynamic lighting and tricolour installations.

• Responsible for the preparation, coordination and supervision of the (electrical) works.
• You deal carefully with technical guidelines, plans and measuring state items.
• You ensure that all materials and tools are available on time.
• Managing and supervising technicians and shifts is an important part of your role.
• You organise site meetings and meticulously manage the site diary.
• You will watch over safety on site, organise toolbox meetings, and implement safety initiatives.
• Following up with subcontractors and making adjustments where necessary is part of your responsibilities.
• You act as a point of contact for customers on site and provide clear updates.
• You divide your time between the sites and the office for preparation and administration.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have a passion for engineering and possess leadership qualities. In addition, we expect:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in Electricity, Energy Technology, Electromechanics or equivalent through experience.
• Leadership skills and talent for team management.
• Stress-resistance and organisational skills.
• A hands-on mentality and interest in engineering.
• Respect for the environment and a focus on sustainable solutions.
• A driving licence B.
• Strong focus on quality and safety.
