Site Manager

Function

As a site manager, you are responsible for the complete realisation of projects on the industry site and treat each project as if it were your own business. This means you don't deal with six projects at once, mainly putting out fires and being constantly on the move. You are captain of your proverbial ship.

Together with the project manager, you analyse the file or assignment. You jointly draw up the schedule and ensure that it is realistic and achievable. You focus on achieving returns, closely monitor costs and prepare timely statements in cooperation with the settlement officer.

You also advise our clients on technical matters, especially for private projects. Your expertise and innovative ideas make them open to new insights, which makes your work extra fascinating.

Profile

You have a degree in construction engineering, industrial engineering or equivalent experience. You have managerial and organisational skills and enjoy consulting with your direct colleague site managers in order to form a synergy and get the best out of your site organisation. Furthermore, you work fluently with MS Office programmes and you are fluent in Dutch, both orally and in writing.

Safety attitude is in your DNA. You are methodical, accurate, proactive, independent and practical. You also have a valid driving licence (B(E)). A lot is possible at ATF, but of course you have to make something of it yourself. Your future is your responsibility!
