As a Site Manager at our client - a Kempen company specialising in infrastructure works - you will be a crucial link in the success of each project. This stable family business, located in LICHTAART (Antwerp, Belgium), focuses mainly on sewerage and road works and operates within the Antwerp and Limburg region. You will be the driving force behind the supervision and execution of the works, ensuring seamless cooperation between all parties involved. You will monitor the plans, specifications, timing and budget while actively participating in site meetings. Safety, efficiency and quality are central to your approach, and you ensure that both client and subcontractors are satisfied. Profile

What do we expect from you?

• A strong interest in road construction, hydraulic engineering and sewerage works.
• A bachelor's or master's degree in structural engineering, or equivalent through experience.
• Ability to work independently but also be a true team player.
• An accurate, calm and stress-resistant working attitude.
• A healthy dose of ambition to achieve goals and contribute to solutions.
• Knowledge of specification 250 is a plus.
