Are you ready to take the reins and play a vital role in the world of ventilation systems?

• As a site manager, you will be responsible for coordinating, supervising and successfully completing residential and tertiary projects.
• You will be the point of contact for fitters, project managers and main contractors, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and within the agreed deadline.
• In addition, you will work closely with the project manager to ensure excellent quality in installations.
• You ensure efficient work preparation for your projects.
• With your innovative outlook and technical knowledge, you guard the overview and are ready to tackle problems with creative solutions.
• You will work alternately on site/yard (70%) and in the office (30%). Flexibility and good teamwork are key concepts in your role.

Profile

To succeed in this role, these are the requirements:

• You have completed an engineering degree or have equivalent experience, preferably in the construction or HVAC sector.
• Are your qualities more suited to a school leaver with a bachelor's degree, or do you have experience without a bachelor's degree? Both profiles are welcome.
• You exude determination and positivity - your motivation is contagious to the team.
• You are strong in communication and driven to make a difference.
• Problems do not scare you - you are a real problem solver.
• A good knowledge of Dutch is required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications is a plus.

Organisation

This company specialises within ventilation technologies, targeting the tertiary market and also the residential market through building promoters. They offer energy-efficient and efficient ventilation solutions for both residential and non-residential projects. Besides installation, they also provide maintenance and after-service of ventilation systems to ensure optimum air quality and system operation. They currently employ around 120 people and to support their East Flanders branch, they are looking for a site manager to join the 17-strong team there.
