Site Manager

Function

• You will follow up technical projects from start-up to completion, working closely with management.
• You take into account customer expectations, project requirements and agreed deadlines.
• Depending on the project, you will take responsibility for on-site preparation, execution and follow-up.
• You will coordinate work on site, direct external partners and actively participate yourself where necessary.
• During the testing and delivery phase, you will support the technical team and ensure proper completion.
• Throughout the entire process, you will regularly coordinate with clients and other stakeholders.

Profile

• You have a technical education and relevant experience within a project-based, technical environment.
• You have a strong affinity for engineering and feel at home in a practical, hands-on role.
• You work in a structured and precise way, even when deadlines are tight and flexibility is required.
• You communicate fluently and dare to express yourself in another language.
• You are solution-oriented, eager to learn and willing to expand your responsibilities step by step.
