Site maintenance manager
Function
As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of your crews. In this dynamic role, you handle assignments from start to finish, including planning, execution and administrative follow-up. You ensure the profitability of your sites and guarantee an optimal price-quality ratio. You will maintain a close collaboration with clients such as public services, cities, municipalities, and private companies. Work location: Geel and also all over the province.
- Managing and motivating your team on a daily basis
- Managing projects from allocation to completion.
- Preparation of clear schedules and follow-up of site activities.
- Liaise with clients and resolve challenges.
- Administrative processing such as reports, settlement and quotation documents.
- Provide technical and organisational support for site activities.
Profile
For this position, we are looking for a driven candidate with strong organisational and leadership skills. You have experience as a site or project leader and a hands-on mentality. A people manager who inspires others and can handle complex situations. Flexibility and a healthy sense of responsibility are key.
- Bachelor's or master's degree, or equivalent through experience. Most importantly, you want to learn and listen
- Experience as a site or project manager, preferably in a similar industry.
- Competence in planning, organisation and site administration.
- Customer-friendly and communicative attitude.
- Driving licence B, with BE/C/CE as a plus.
- No 9-to-5 mentality and strongly results-oriented.
- Technical understanding of minor mechanical problems.
- Able to obtain VCA** for executives within 6 months.
