Service Technician

Function

As a Service Engineer, you will be responsible for the technical support of the machines sold by them. Specifically, this concerns industrial pumps, crushing and screening plants.

• Specifically, you will travel daily to customers in the Benelux to install, repair or maintain machines.
• Maintenance/repair of crushers, screening machines, pumps, etc.
• Close collaboration with external/internal Sales colleagues to ensure follow-up of sites & materials.
• Closely follow safety instructions imposed by the customer.
• Meetings/consultations take place at the Ternat office

Profile

For this position, we are looking for an experienced and independent Service Technician with the following qualifications:

• Preferably already about 5 years of relevant work experience, the more experience the better.
• In possession of a technical degree (A2, graduate, bachelor) such as mechanics, electromechanics,...
• Experience with heavy rolling stock, pumps,...
• Good knowledge of both mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics and electricity.
• Independent and problem-solving mindset.
• Flexibility and willingness to leave early. Irregular hours or long working days do not deter you. You will of course be compensated for this too.
• In possession of a driving licence B.
• Very good knowledge of Dutch and/or French. Other language skills are a plus.

For their branch in Flemish Brabant that focuses on process support products such as industrial pumps and crushing and screening installations, they are currently looking for a Service Technician for the Benelux region.
