Senior Site Manager

Function

As Senior Site Manager, you are the point of contact on site and ensure the smooth organisation and execution of electrotechnical projects.

• Organising and coordinating daily activities on tertiary and public sites in the Beveren-Kruibeke-Zwijndrecht region and other regions.
• Translating the project planning into a concrete site organisation in consultation with the Project Manager.
• Coordinating various electrotechnical installations, including access control, fire detection and data cabling.
• Managing and following up on own staff, subcontractors and other parties involved.
• Monitoring the planning, progress, quality and efficiency on site.
• Detecting deviations or technical problems in a timely manner and working with the project team to find practical solutions.
• Acting as the point of contact for the client and other stakeholders on site.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations, working arrangements and legal requirements.
• Addressing colleagues and partners in a clear and constructive manner and providing guidance where necessary.
• Maintaining an overview of daily priorities and ensuring that the team can work efficiently and in an organised manner.
• Contributing to a high-quality and timely delivery of projects.

Profile

You combine a strong technical foundation with the maturity to independently organise a site and the various parties involved.

• A2 diploma in electrical installation techniques, electromechanics or equivalent through experience.
• Several years of experience within the electrotechnical sector.
• Experience as a site foreman, site manager or in a similar coordinating role.
• Strong technical insight and the ability to independently tackle technical and organisational challenges.
• You are able to clearly direct and motivate various parties on site.
• Category B driving licence and willingness to travel to various sites.
• Good knowledge of Dutch; French and/or English is a plus.
• Certificates such as VCA-VOL, BA5, elevated work platform, telehandler, scaffolding inspector or first aid are a welcome addition. Missing certificates can be obtained.
