Function

Senior Project Manager Industrial Construction:

• You will be responsible for industrial construction projecten from start-up to completion.
• You set the project planning up and monitors progress, quality, safety and budget.
• You coordinate the collaboration between clients, architects, engineering firms, suppliers and subcontractors.
• You closely monitor contracts, more and less work and technical files.
• You monitor the financial results of your projects and report on them to management.
• You identify risks in a timely manner and take the necessary measures to avoid delays or budget overruns.
• You will maintain strong relationships with clients and be their main point of contact throughout the construction process.
• You ensure that projects are carried out according to the applicable quality, safety and environmental standards.
• You actively think about process optimisations, planning and execution.
• You will support tenders, project preparation and the technical elaboration of complex files.

Profile

We are looking for a Senior Project Leader which meets the following characteristics:

• You have at least 10 years of experience within industrial or non-residential construction.
• You have extensive experience in leading complex construction projects independently.
• You have strong organisational and communication skills and know how to manage different stakeholders efficiently.
• You have experience in budget management, contract monitoring and project planning.
• You preferably have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Construction Engineering or equivalent.
• You mastered the Dutch excellent, both orally and in writing.
• You are in possession of a driving licence B.
• You take initiative, work solution-oriented and feel comfortable in a responsible position.
• You are willing to regularly attend yards and planning meetings.

Organisation

This construction company is active in residential construction, industrial renovations, flat construction and the construction of commercial buildings. It realises diverse projects, such as offices, logistics buildings, production halls, showrooms and residential projects. Design, development and execution are carried out entirely in-house. The production of steel and concrete structures is also largely done in-house. As class 8 contractor the company has the experience and clout to successfully execute both residential and industrial construction projects.
