Sales Engineer HVAC

Function

• You carry out sector-focused prospecting and develop an account strategy
• You proactively approach building managers, contractors, technical consultancies and installation partners
• You conduct consultative sales conversations with an eye for energy efficiency, sustainability and comfort
• You draw up tailored quotations and develop scalable proposals
• You negotiate with technical teams, project managers and central purchasing
• You follow up with clients after the sale and monitor satisfaction and future needs
• You stay alert to market developments and new opportunities

• You have a strong passion for sales and building new client relationships
• You communicate fluently, both verbally and in writing
• You combine commercial acuity with technical insight in HVAC
• You think practically, make decisions and adapt quickly
• You enjoy working with various stakeholders within an organisation
• You build trust and know how to maintain long-term relationships
