Function

As a Relationship Manager Banking & Insurance within this Merksem office, you will be the first point of contact for clients, both by phone and physically. You can expect the following, among other things:

• You will be responsible for liaising with both private and corporate clients.
• Manage customers' banking and insurance products.

Profile

To take up this role of counter clerk in the bank, we are looking for the person who can identify with the following:

• You obtained a degree in a financial field or are equivalent through experience.
• Ideally, you will hold the necessary certificates to start working in the financial sector.
• Initial relevant experience in a similar role is a requirement.
• You possess excellent communication skills in Dutch, both oral and written.
• You are customer- and service-oriented.
• You can work fluently with MS Office.
