What do you do as a Recruitment Specialist?

• You actively seek out talented professionals within a particular field through various channels.
• Thanks to your personal approach you take the candidate in tow and help them make the right choice in a future job.
• As career coach You guide the candidate through the different stages of the application process.
• With the necessary audacity and sales skills pitch the candidate by phone to customers and prospects.
• You are the recruitment partner for companies you work with.
• You use your interview skills To get to know the candidate face to face or digitally.

As a recruitment specialist bouw you join the CTRL-F story in your region. With appropriate witticism and professionalism, you are the missing link between candidates and clients. You do this on the one hand by assisting clients in finding new talents and providing HR advice. On the other hand, by helping build the growth path of candidates and providing them with a new challenge.

During a daily briefing with your colleagues, the focus of the day is set. After the thorough search on the various job boards and the meeting with the candidate, you pour the profile into a selection report.

Who are we and what do we do?

At CTRL-F, the dreams of candidates and the desires of companies take centre stage. We are, so to speak, the matchmaker between talent and employers within the fields of Engineering, Finance , Sales & Marketing and Science. Since birth of CTRL - F in 2018, we have already helped more than 2,500 candidates find their dream job. With some 30 offices, we are spread all over Flanders

Once we have determined the candidate's expectations, we look for companies that match this profile. In doing so, we examine the necessary parameters such as right skill set, level of experience and cultural fit. Extensive personal contact with our clients and candidates allows us to better empathise with their world. Through this candidate-driven approach arms our recruiters every day against the War for Talent. Our motivation is to help candidates advance in their professional careers in a tailor-made way.
