Ready to manage projects successfully?

• You will be responsible for the full coordination of steel and metal construction projects, from the contract phase right through to handover.
• You analyse contracts, plans and technical specifications and, in collaboration with the design office, translate these into an efficient project approach.
• You will oversee the schedule, budget, quality and safety throughout the entire project.
• You are the main point of contact for customers, suppliers, engineering, production, transport and installation teams.
• You will ensure that site meetings run smoothly and that communication between all parties involved flows freely.
• You closely monitor changes to contracts, additional work and reductions in scope, and always maintain a clear overview.
• You will report regularly to management on the progress of your projects.
• You ensure that every project is completed safely, to a high standard and profitably.

Profile

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture or have equivalent experience.
• Experience as a project manager in steel construction, metal structures or the construction sector would be an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are also welcome.
• You have a strong technical understanding and are drawn to complex structures.
• You have strong organisational skills and are able to manage several projects efficiently.
• You communicate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
• You take a solution-oriented approach, show initiative and are happy to take on responsibility.
• Working with a focus on quality, safety and efficiency is something that comes naturally to you.
• You hold a Category B driving licence, can communicate fluently in Dutch and have a good knowledge of French.
