Project Manager, Joinery
Function
As Project Manager for Joinery, you will take the lead in the continued growth and development of this strategic business unit. You will combine your commercial acumen, organisational skills and passion for joinery to successfully deliver projects and take the team to the next level.
Your responsibilities:
- You will continue to develop the joinery business as an independent and strong player within the group.
- You will maintain and strengthen relationships with architects, clients and construction partners.
- You will be responsible for cost estimates, quotations and the preparation of new projects.
- You will coordinate the entire project planning process, from the quotation stage through to completion.
- You monitor the efficiency of production processes and are constantly looking for ways to optimise them.
- You will help drive digitalisation, organisational structure and improved efficiency within the department.
- Together with the project coordinators, you will lead a team of professionals and foster a culture of collaboration and responsibility.
- You will ensure that projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and in line with the client’s expectations.
Profile
As a Joinery Project Manager, you combine an entrepreneurial spirit with technical expertise and a strong passion for timber construction. You are someone who knows how to bring people together, create structure and, with a strategic eye, identify opportunities for further development.
You recognise yourself in the following characteristics:
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture, or have equivalent experience.
- You have proven experience in project management within joinery, timber construction or a similar construction environment.
- You combine commercial acumen with strategic insight and an entrepreneurial mindset.
- You have a strong aptitude for planning, costing, organisation and process optimisation.
- You are a natural leader who knows how to motivate and guide people.
- You are a good communicator and work in a structured manner, paying close attention to administrative detail.
- You enjoy taking on responsibility and find autonomy and making a difference energising.
