Project Manager – Interior Doors

Function

We are looking for a Interior Doors Project Manager who oversees projects from start to finish. In this role, you will act as the central point of contact between the site, the planning department, clients and internal teams, and ensure that every project involving interior doors, wall cladding, interior windows and interior finishes is carried out to a high standard, both technically and organisationally.

You will monitor projects closely, track progress and take proactive action where necessary. Thanks to your combination of technical insight, attention to detail and excellent communication skills, you will help ensure high-quality delivery for government bodies, construction companies and property developers.

Your duties will include:

• the preparation, monitoring and coordination of projects relating to interior doors and interior joinery;
• managing and supporting installation teams and relevant partners;
• monitoring timing, quality, planning and technical execution on site;
• measuring, checking and monitoring files and implementation details;
• maintaining contact with clients, architects, contractors and colleagues;
• identifying bottlenecks and seeking practical solutions;
• contributing to a smooth handover and the correct administrative processing.

You will be based in Arendonk and must be prepared to travel regularly to construction sites as required by the projects. ATA offers you the opportunity to help build technically challenging, high-quality projects within a stable and professional environment.

Profile

For this role, we are looking for a motivated candidate with some initial experience or a strong interest in project coordination within the construction or joinery sectors. You don’t need to have years of experience; what’s more important is that you are keen to learn, willing to take on responsibility and able to contribute technical input to the project team.

Your profile:

• Ideally, you should have 0 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role or in the construction/joinery sector;
• you have a technical background or a relevant interest in interior joinery, finishing or project management;
• you communicate fluently and professionally with the various parties involved;
• You work in a structured and meticulous manner and keep track of everything, even when there are several deadlines to manage;
• you have a hands-on approach and are solution-oriented;
• you have an eye for quality, detail and finish;
• you hold a driving licence B;
• You are willing to work on site in the Arendonk area and beyond where necessary.

Experience with interior doors, interior joinery or site supervision would be an advantage. If you haven’t quite mastered everything yet, but do have the right motivation and technical aptitude, we’d certainly encourage you to apply.
