In this versatile role, as Project Manager you will be responsible for the coordination, preparation and follow-up of technical installations around heating, cooling, ventilation, air conditioning, fire fighting and sanitary facilities. You will lead medium to large projects in the right direction and ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards on site.

Your tasks:

• Prepare and follow up primary HVAC/sanitary projects together with internal estimation and engineering.
• Achieve structured project planning and monitor the budget in cooperation with the Project Manager.
• Coordinate internal and external partners, and ensure on-time delivery according to agreed quality requirements.
• Actively monitor compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Motivate and guide your project team with strong communication skills.
• Report to the management and ensure that customer focus is central at all times.

Profile

Your technical knowledge and project experience are the basis of your success in this position. You meet the following profile:

• Bachelor of electromechanics, specialising in air conditioning, or Master of industrial sciences.
• At least a first relevant work experience in project management HVAC, plumbing or technical installations.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC and plumbing installations, be able to read and interpret schematics.
• Fluency with MS Office: Excel, Word, Outlook.
• You speak excellent Dutch and can get by in French. English is an added advantage.
• Sense of initiative, responsibility and customer-oriented thinking.
• Stress-resistant, flexible and orderly working under deadlines.
• Team player who supports and motivates the team.
