HVAC project leader

Function

As HVAC project leader you take a leading and strategic role in supervising projects from start to finish. You are the crucial link between price requests, execution, and final delivery. Specialised in HVAC, you will work closely with an experienced team and focus on quality and sustainability. You do this from our Waregem office.

Your duties include:

• Conducting studies for incoming price requests and preparing detailed quotations.
• Supervising and monitoring HVAC projects from application to completion.
• Preparing project schedules and organising assembly teams on your sites.
• Actively contribute to improving processes and finding concrete solution strategies.

With more than 10 years of experience, you will be the focal point for complex projects, transferring your knowledge and leadership skills to the team.

Profile

For this position, we are looking for a driven professional with a strong background in HVAC projects. What do we expect from you?

• You are a Master in Construction or Industrial Engineering, or a Bachelor in Air Conditioning.
• You have at least 3 years of practical experience in HVAC techniques.
• You are responsible, flexible and highly motivated.
• You have commercial and leadership skills and are a real team player.
• You master current software packages.
• You communicate clearly and smoothly.
• Knowledge of Autocad or Revit is a big plus.
