Project Manager

Function

As Project Manager You will be responsible for several industrial and agricultural construction projects, from the signing of the contract through to completion. You will oversee the technical aspects, scheduling, budget and quality, and ensure smooth collaboration between all parties involved.

• Managing several construction sites simultaneously, from start-up to handover.
• Manage project files in their entirety, including preparation, procurement, planning, workshop work and installation.
• Manage and support project planners and site managers.
• Monitor the progress, timing, quality and cost-effectiveness of the projects.
• To act as the central point of contact for the client, architect and engineering firm.
• Coordinate and attend site meetings as required.
• Prepare weekly project manager meetings and monitor progress.
• Carefully monitor budgets and schedules and report on these to the management.
• Make technical and commercial decisions and adjust them where necessary.
• Identify bottlenecks in good time and ensure an efficient solution.

Profile

We are looking for a experienced construction professional who is able to combine technical expertise with leadership, organisational skills and commercial acumen.

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Architecture, or equivalent through relevant experience.
• Several years’ experience in a similar coordinating or managerial role within the construction sector.
• Technically proficient and capable of independently assessing complex construction projects.
• Natural leadership and the ability to guide and motivate teams and external partners.
• A structured and results-oriented approach, with a focus on planning, budget and return on investment.
• Your command of the Dutch language.
• Experience with MS Office and/or ERP systems.
• Stress-resistant, decisive and able to maintain an overview even when multiple projects are underway.
