Project Manager

Function

Are you that driven Project Manager who ensures that construction projects in Genk get off to a flying start and are successfully completed? You’ll take responsibility for ensuring everything runs smoothly and, together with our client, build breathtaking structures.

• From the initial idea to the final touches: you organise and coordinate projects with a focus on quality, safety and efficiency.
• You are the timekeeper who ensures that deadlines are met and materials are ordered on time.
• With your enthusiastic approach, you’ll motivate your own teams and work closely with our partners and subcontractors.
• Safety is your top priority: you raise awareness amongst everyone on site, from in-house teams to external partners.
• As the point of contact for our client, you will build strong, long-term relationships throughout the duration of the project.
• You keep site meetings lively and productive, ensuring that everyone – from foremen and subcontractors to architects, suppliers and our client – is on the same page.

Profile

• You have a passion for the construction industry, particularly when it comes to the technical aspects of flat roofs.
• A degree in architecture is an advantage, but hands-on experience is certainly a plus.
• You’re a multitasker who can coordinate several projects with ease.
• You solve problems in a smart and proactive way, and you’re not afraid to take responsibility.
• You communicate clearly and convincingly, even when dealing with complex issues.
