Project Manager
Function
- Preparation & planning: You delve into technical files, draw up the schedule, arrange for the necessary materials and start the project perfectly prepared.
- Project follow-up: You monitor progress technically and financially and make adjustments where necessary - always with an eye for planning and budget.
- Team coaching: You guide and motivate your foreman and team on site, using a coaching leadership style.
- Material management: Together with the buyer, you will ensure the timely ordering of all supplies.
- Communication: You interact smoothly between client and internal teams, and actively participate in (site) meetings.
- Financial administration: Preparing requisition statements and quotations for additional work is part of the job.
- Quality & safety: You guarantee quality and safe execution and actively contribute to achieving VCA**.
Profile
- Bachelor/Master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent through experience (5-10 years as an industrial electrical engineering project manager)
- Coaching leader who motivates his or her team and makes targeted adjustments
- Organisational talent with an overview, stress-resistant and decisive, even with several projects simultaneously
- Communicatively strong, customer-oriented and technically savvy
- Experience with MS Office and affinity with ERP systems
- In possession of a VOL-VCA certificate and driving licence B
