Project engineer Techniques

Function

The Engineer Techniques is responsible for:

• Working out the techniques section from A to Z within building designs and associated calculations;
• Initiating preliminary designs, developing them in further detail and following up during the project;
• Handling medium-sized projects independently and gradually expanding responsibilities;
• Conducting energy audits, LCA studies and feasibility studies;
• Formatting dynamic building simulations with specialised software;
• Investigating technical solutions and equipment with a focus on technical feasibility and optimisation;
• Analysing quotations and providing technically sound advice to customers;
• Monitoring quality, budget and schedule during project execution;
• Preparing detailed descriptions of special techniques;
• Identifying problems early and proactively suggesting alternative solutions;
• Maintaining close contact with execution teams and attending site meetings.

This is a position where strong knowledge of building techniques, accuracy and teamwork are key. Thanks to a structured approach and solution-oriented thinking, projects run efficiently and customers remain satisfied.

Profile

Someone is sought who is interested in coursework around building technologies and technical optimisations.

• Possesses a Master's degree in Electromechanics, Energy or Civil Engineering (majoring in building technology);
• Is open to school leavers; experience is a plus;
• Has a critical and curious mind and an interest in designing electrical and HVAC installations;
• Has an affinity for building technologies and renewable energy;
• Experience with Revit or technical drawing is an asset;
• Can manage projects in an orderly manner thanks to analytical thinking skills and a hands-on mentality;
• Possesses a driving licence B;
• Proficient in Dutch and English, both oral and written.
