Project Engineer – Renewable Energy

Function

• Designing and drawing up technical plans for renewable energy projects.
• Preparing technical drawings, electrical diagrams and cable calculations using AutoCAD.
• Carrying out technical analyses and feasibility studies.
• Carrying out yield calculations and designing the entire project infrastructure.
• To provide technical support during the implementation of projects.
• Collaborating with internal departments, suppliers and subcontractors to deliver projects efficiently.
• Carrying out site visits and ensuring that the work is carried out correctly.
• Co-ordination with procurement and logistics to ensure optimal materials planning.
• Monitoring technical quality and compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Act as the technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

• You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical field, such as Electromechanics, Engineering or Architecture.
• You have an interest in or experience of renewable energy projects.
• You have knowledge of AutoCAD.
• You have strong technical insight and analytical skills.
• You work accurately and in an organised way.
• You are proactive, keen to learn and solution-oriented.
• You are in possession of a driving licence B.
• You hold a VCA VOL certificate or are willing to obtain one.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and English; knowledge of French is a plus.
