Project Engineer Industry

Function

As a 'Project Engineer Industry', you will have a key role in developing customised solutions for our customers. You will manage projects from A to Z - from initial briefing to delivery, with a scope of up to EUR 5 million. This includes close cooperation with customers, the engineering office, our production department, subcontractors and sales. You are the point of contact throughout the entire process. You attend installation on site, including short trips abroad, and ensure a smooth start-up where you provide hands-on support. Afterwards, you complete the technical and administrative file to support our after-sales colleagues. You also collaborate on small improvement projects, mainly focused on the French market. You report directly to the Business Unit Manager.

Profile

The following qualifications and skills are required for this position:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in electromechanics, automotive mechanics or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of Inventor and/or SolidWorks is a plus.
• Flexible, hands-on and enterprising.
• An excellent command of French is essential - this is a prerequisite.
• A passion for variety and diverse job challenges.
• Willingness to make short, regular trips abroad (Belgium and France, maximum one week, about 10 times a year).
