As a Building Services Project Engineer, you are the technical hub of the construction team. You are responsible for the realisation of projects, from initial design through to delivery. Your duties include:

• Be responsible for the entire project process in the field of building technology, from study to delivery.
• Translate customer needs into practical and sustainable technical solutions.
• Integrate building technologies (HVAC, electrical & plumbing) in collaboration with architects and other building partners.
• Preparation of technical plans, diagrams, specifications and measurement records for installation projects.
• Monitoring and controlling the execution of technical installations on site.
• Advising clients throughout the process, up to project delivery.
• Maintain smooth communication with external and internal project partners.
• Continue to monitor developments within building technologies and sustainable installations.

Profile

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in industrial/civil engineering in electromechanics, or equivalent through experience.
• You preferably already have several years of experience in building technology.
• You are familiar with software such as AutoCAD, Word and Excel.
• You are customer-oriented, communicatively strong and work in a structured way.
• You can work both independently and in a team and have a proactive attitude.
