Professional Credit Advisor

Function

We are looking for a Professional Credit Advisor for a client.

You will join a stable and close-knit team, with associates who are close to their people. There is open communication, without many detours. Expectations are clear and you are given confidence to do your job well.

We are looking for someone with initial experience in credits. Do you already have professional credit experience? If so, that's a plus. Are you coming from private credit and want to progress towards professional clients? If so, this could also be a great next step.

What will you do?

You assist customers with their credit questions. You do this not by selling something quickly, but by listening carefully, giving clear advice and building a relationship of trust.

You work with self-employed people, entrepreneurs and professional clients. You review their situation, think with them and follow up their case correctly.

Specifically:

• You listen to the customer's credit demand;
• You help think of an appropriate solution;
• you follow up files accurately;
• you build trust with customers;
• You work independently but stay connected to your team;
• You see opportunities and take initiative.

You don't have to be able to do everything yet. What is more important is that you know the basics, enjoy learning and help customers in a calm, professional manner.

Profile

We are looking for someone who likes to take responsibility while being part of a nice team.

Someone who:

• already has a first experience in credits;
• Is proactive and sees work ahead;
• likes to work independently;
• naturally gives confidence to customers.
