Production planner
Function
As a Production Planner / Purchaser, you act as the link between production, sales, design and suppliers. You ensure that production runs efficiently and that the correct raw materials are available on time. Your responsibilities:
- Drawing up and monitoring the weekly production schedule;
- Monitoring production on a daily basis and processing production data in Excel and the ERP system;
- Preparing production runs based on incoming orders;
- Monitoring stock levels of raw materials and placing orders in good time;
- Making small purchases and requesting quotes from suppliers.
- Maintaining contact with mainly English- and German-speaking suppliers;
- Work closely with the production manager, the sales department and the design team.
Profile
You are a natural organiser who likes to keep track of things and communicates easily with various internal and external parties.
Your profile:
- A technical background is an advantage, but not a requirement;
- Experience in production planning, supply chain management or procurement;
- A strong knowledge of Excel and an interest in working with an ERP system;
- Analytical, meticulous and able to work well under pressure;
- A good knowledge of Dutch and English. Knowledge of German would be an advantage.

Thanks to their in-house design department and production facility, they combine creativity, quality and flexibility. Offer
As a production planner, you can look forward to an attractive remuneration package that reflects your expertise and experience. We offer:
- A gross salary of between €3,500 and €4,000, depending on experience (negotiable);
- Meal vouchers worth €7 per working day, group insurance, a 13th month’s salary and holiday pay;
- Additional benefits such as a travel allowance (public transport or cycling) and pension savings;
- A fixed working schedule from 08:00 to 16:00 (day shift, Mon–Fri);
- The opportunity for growth and to take on more responsibilities (such as supplier negotiations).
