Production Manager Insurance Car

Our client is looking for a motivated Insurance (Mot) Production Manager to handle the administrative and commercial management of motor insurance files. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing car insurance files from application to policy
• Analysing customers' insurance needs and guiding them towards the best solutions
• Active follow-up and administrative processing of insurance applications, quotations and policies
• Proactively approaching customers and prospects to further build the portfolio
• Answering customer queries and offering tailored advice
• Staying up to date with the latest insurance industry developments and regulations
• Collaborating with colleagues and sharing expertise within the team

Profile

Are you the accurate and customer-focused person we are looking for? This is the ideal profile:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent through experience
• Experience in insurance, specifically car insurance, or strong interest in delving into it
• Customer-oriented and commercial attitude with strong communication skills
• Accurate, proactive and able to work independently
• Preferably in possession of a PCP certificate
• Fluent in Dutch and French; knowledge of English is a plus
