Production Manager Insurance

Function

Are you someone who gets energy from picking out the details of insurance? Do you like “getting to the bottom” of files, analysing risks and advising clients correctly?

For a locally anchored office, we are looking for an administrator who works proactively, takes initiative and enjoys learning - without commercial sales pressure.

What will you do?

• You manage your own client portfolio (individuals and companies), without active prospecting.
• Customers come to you with questions: you listen, ask questions and translate their situation into substantively correct advice.
• You elaborate files accurately: policy creation and management, changes, renewals, optimisations and administrative follow-up.
• You like to dive into the details: conditions, guarantees, exclusions, risk assessment... you figure it out until you are sure.
• You proactively identify what could be better for the customer (e.g. missing coverages, inconsistencies, optimisations) - without sales pressure.
• You coordinate with colleagues/partners and (where necessary) companies.

Claims are followed up by colleagues, allowing you to focus on relationship management and policy content.

Profile

Who are you?

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Finance & Insurance or Legal Practice, or equivalent experience.
• First experience in insurance is nice to have, but not necessary.
• Strong communication skills and a natural customer focus.
• Eager to learn and ambitious, eager to take on more responsibility step by step.
• School leavers are also welcome: an in-house training programme will help you fully learn the job of relationship manager.
