Production Manager Insurance A-Z

• Management of insurance files for SMEs, self-employed persons and companies
• Handling files from A to Z. This for both the existing customer portfolio, and for new customers who largely come in via our client's position as a captive broker for a Belgian major bank. (This means that as an exclusive partner of this bank, they look for individual tailor-made solutions for customers of the bank who cannot be helped within their bank's standard insurance offering).
• Advising customers on insurance issues and finding appropriate solutions
• Working together with an enthusiastic team of 14 colleagues, where team spirit and collegiality are key factors

• Do you have initial experience within insurance? Preferably with a broker, but are you someone with banking experience or within a company... Then you definitely qualify!
• Bilingualism (Dutch/French) is a must
• You have a good balance between a commercial attitude and advisory/customer-focused approach and enjoy thinking along with the customer.
• Experience with the BRIO software is a plus
• Social and customer-oriented with a high degree of professionalism
