Production employee insurance

Function

• Managing and following up insurance files for individuals
• Drafting and processing policies, mainly BOAR (fire, family, auto, etc.)
• Analysing risks and asking customers the right questions
• Maintain customer contact (by phone and mail)
• Assist with corporate files (depending on experience)
• Collaborating with colleagues across offices
• Helping to ensure a correct and high-quality service

Profile

• Experience within insurance (preferably production BOAR)
• PCP certificate is a must
• You can handle files and speak to customers independently
• You work accurately and in a structured way
• You ask the right questions and think along with the customer
• You are communicative, but not “hard sell”
• You fit into a no-nonsense, family environment

Organisation

Our client is a small-scale insurance agency with several branches in West Flanders, formed from a merger of several local offices. The organisation is characterised by a strong family atmosphere and a flat structure, with employees and office managers working closely together.
