Process Coordinator

Function

• As technical process engineer, you will support the technical team in the implementation, integration and optimisation of coating and packaging processes. You test and check machines and products so that they meet the predefined process and quality requirements.
• You analyse technical inefficiencies and failures and work out improvements to increase the performance of the machinery. In doing so, you act as an internal point of contact for technical specifications and work closely with various departments such as production, R&D and engineering.
• In addition, you supervise and coach employees on the shop floor with a view to process optimisation. You are regularly present on the shop floor and play an active role in improving packaging processes.
• You participate in the start-up and implementation of new products (NPD), including setting up and converting machines. You detect opportunities for improvement and initiate optimisation projects within the production environment.

Profile

• You have a technical bachelor's degree (preferably electricity) or are equivalent through experience.
• You have accumulated relevant experience in a production or packaging environment and have a strong technical base.
• You are hands-on, enjoy working on the shop floor and have an analytical and solution-oriented mindset.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch and can work well with different teams.
• You are also flexible, organisationally strong and have an eye for safety and quality.
• You work fluently with MS Office; general PC skills are a must.
