As a Process and Project Engineer, you will have the unique opportunity to start your career in a dynamic production environment. In this role, you will be responsible for analysing and optimising production processes, as well as leading projects aimed at continuous improvement.

To support our various production divisions, we are looking for Young Potentials! This is what our training programme looks like:

• Introduction to production, the different production lines and products within the division that most appeals to you.
• You learn about production processes.
• You will also work with maintenance colleagues and maintenance coordinators.
• During the programme, you will be assigned your own project, based on the needs within the company and your interests.
• You will be co-commissioned for 'continuous improvement' projects.

Upon completion of the programme, we will review together which direction you want to take further within the company.

Profile

Job requirements

• Just graduated as an engineer.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and develop yourself within a manufacturing environment.
