Non-Life Insurance Underwriter

Function

As an Underwriter, you can expect the following range of duties:

• You will assess the risks within the fire insurance line of business and manage the portfolio
• You will draw up quotations and ensure that policies are drawn up correctly
• You will support estate agents and colleagues by providing technical advice and liaising with insurance companies
• You will handle new applications and take full responsibility for the administrative aspects of the portfolio
• Drawing on your knowledge of civil liability (BA) and commercial non-life insurance, you are able to accurately assess risks.

Profile

As a claims manager, we are looking for someone with the following qualities:

• Bachelor level of thinking or equivalent through experience
• Do you already have some initial experience in insurance or underwriting? That’s a big plus!
• A strong interest in BA, fire insurance and commercial non-life insurance
• An analytical mindset and a critical eye
• Accurate and administratively strong
• A good knowledge of French.
