Night Shift Production Manager

Function

As Production Shift Supervisor in Roeselare You are the point of contact on the shop floor. You keep track of things, make adjustments where necessary and ensure that your team works together to deliver a safe, efficient and smooth production.

During your shift:

• Guide and coach you a team of operators and warehouse staff.
• Are you following the production planning meticulously tracked via the ERP system.
• Do you watch over quality, safety, order and tidiness.
• Do you organise staff rota planning and monitor attendance, leave and time records on.
• Can you offer support with technical faults and you’ll work closely with the technical department.
• Do you actively contribute ideas on improvements and optimisations within production.
• Do you make sure to smooth handover and ensure the continuity of production.
• In short: you ensure that your team stays on track even at night and that production keeps running smoothly.

Profile

Are you someone who ’is at its best at night and enjoys taking on responsibility? Then we’d love to get to know you!

• Experience has made you a true night owl and feel completely at home working a fixed night shift.
• You are technically minded and combines this with experience in a managerial role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• You speak and write fluently Dutch and English.
• With MS Office and ERP systems you’ll get on well with them.
• You are proactive, thinks in terms of solutions and has a keen eye for safety, quality and continuous improvement.
• A strong leader, technical acumen and a healthy sense of responsibility: that is the combination we are looking for.
