Your responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to the prevention department/QHSE department.
• Structurally monitor safety and the SCC** system.
• Analysing and monitoring workplace accidents.
• Preparation of risk assessments and training plans.
• Organising medical examinations and managing environmental permits.
• Production of Safety Instruction Cards, Annual Action Plans and Global Prevention Plans.
• Conduct active site visits and safety rounds.
• Managing waste streams and maintaining buildings/material/machinery.
• Preparation of toolboxes and safety plans.

Profile

To be considered for this position, you largely meet the following requirements:

• You hold a technical bachelor's degree.
• Diploma in Prevention Advisor Level II or III is a plus, or willingness to obtain it at short notice.
• Excellent computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably Autocad, Phronesys and SharePoint.
• Socially competent and collegial in dealing with co-workers.
• Able to work independently, but also a real team player.
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch. Knowledge of French and English is an added advantage.

They have been active since the early 1960s and have grown into a leading player in Belgium. Their offer includes tower cranes, mobile cranes, quick-assembly cranes,... Today, they have about 120 employees. They are currently looking for a QHSE/Prevention employee to strengthen the QHSE department.
