Employee QHSE/Prevention

Your responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the prevention department/QHSE department.
- Structurally monitor safety and the SCC** system.
- Analysing and monitoring workplace accidents.
- Preparation of risk assessments and training plans.
- Organising medical examinations and managing environmental permits.
- Production of Safety Instruction Cards, Annual Action Plans and Global Prevention Plans.
- Conduct active site visits and safety rounds.
- Managing waste streams and maintaining buildings/material/machinery.
- Preparation of toolboxes and safety plans.
Profile
To be considered for this position, you largely meet the following requirements:
- You hold a technical bachelor's degree.
- Diploma in Prevention Advisor Level II or III is a plus, or willingness to obtain it at short notice.
- Excellent computer skills with Word, Excel, Outlook and preferably Autocad, Phronesys and SharePoint.
- Socially competent and collegial in dealing with co-workers.
- Able to work independently, but also a real team player.
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch. Knowledge of French and English is an added advantage.

Our client specialises in the sale, rental and service of machines in various sectors such as construction, recycling, port handling,... They have been active since the early 1960s and have grown into a leading player in Belgium. Their offer includes tower cranes, mobile cranes, quick-assembly cranes,... Today, they have about 120 employees. They are currently looking for a QHSE/Prevention employee to strengthen the QHSE department.
