Mechanical Engineer

Function

• Contribute to the development of new machines following in-house training
• Designing machinery in accordance with a fixed project plan and technical scope
• Close collaboration with fellow engineers and external partners on design, hydraulics and control systems
• Monitoring the development of your designs and taking part in testing with the team
• Monitoring the cost of designs and making adjustments where necessary
• Assisting technicians with the construction of prototypes
• Testing and evaluating mechanical components yourself

Profile

• You have a bachelor’s degree in mechanical design and manufacturing technology
• You’ve already gained some initial work experience
• An interest in technical or agricultural applications would be an advantage
• You speak Dutch fluently; English is a bonus
• You think analytically and are solution-oriented
• You can translate requirements into feasible technical solutions
• You work meticulously and independently, whilst also being a real team player
• Experience in mass production is an asset
• Knowledge of SolidWorks is an advantage
