Job content:

• Design and develop mechanical components and systems for our customers.
• Analyse technical specifications and prepare detailed designs that meet requirements.
• Use advanced CAD software to create and maintain models and drawings.
• Work closely with internal teams and external customers to discuss and implement technical solutions.
• Perform engineering calculations and simulations to optimise the performance and sustainability of designs.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and look for innovative solutions to improve the efficiency and quality of our products.
• You will join a global supplier of fasteners and cold forming technologies for the metal industry. 

• A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical design, materials and manufacturing techniques.
• Experience with 3D CAD software.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Fluent command of Dutch and English, both oral and written.

• Permanent contract open-ended. 40h/week.
